We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring your data safety. This document outlines how we comply with Google Play's Developer Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.
1. Introduction
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the EquaGrid: Math Logic application. By downloading or playing the game, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Data Collection
To support game mechanics, resolve crashes, and serve advertisements, we collect and process specific classes of information:
- Automatically Collected Data: Through integrated third-party SDKs (such as AdMob and Firebase Analytics), we may automatically collect your Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and technical device metadata.
- Game Progress: We store level progress, star ratings, mistakes count, and virtual currency balances (coins/hints) locally on your device (via Room database) and via encrypted cloud backups.
- Financial Data: Purchase history and transaction tokens for In-App Purchases are processed securely via Google Play Billing. We do not store or collect credit card numbers or other payment methods.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party tools that may collect personal information used to identify you. These services process your data according to their respective privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: Facilitates achievements, leaderboards, and cloud backup synchronization.
- Google Ad Manager / AdMob: Delivers banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements.
- Firebase Analytics: Tracks general application stability, usage patterns, and diagnostic logs.
- Google Play Billing: Manages transactions and restores user entitlements securely.
4. Children’s Privacy
This game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our active databases.
In addition, if the game's targeting audience is configured to include children, we conform to the Google Play Families Policies by using Families Self-Certified Ads SDK settings and applying the appropriate tag for child-directed treatment to prevent unauthorized tracking.
5. Data Deletion & Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or the permanent deletion of your personal data.
Users may request the deletion of their accounts and associated play data by contacting us directly at our support email address below. Upon verified request, we will purge all data from our active databases and inform integrated processors to do the same.

Part 2: Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before downloading or using the EquaGrid: Math Logic mobile application operated by ARUMA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately delete the application and cease all access to the Service.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the app on compatible devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app binary.
3. Virtual Items (Coins & Hints)
The game features virtual items including "Coins" and "Hints" that can be earned in-game or purchased.
- Virtual items are licensed to you under a limited right and have no real-world monetary value.
- They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real-world currency or cash.
- Virtual items are non-refundable and all allocations are final.
- We reserve the absolute right to manage, modify, or delete virtual items at our sole discretion without notice or liability.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Purchases of virtual items or "Remove Ads" options are processed securely via Google Play Billing. You are responsible for all fees, internet connection rates, and taxes incurred through your Google Account. All sales are final, and refunds will be governed by Google Play’s official refund policy.
5. Advertisements
The application displays advertisements supplied by third-party ad networks (AdMob/AdManager). By using the application, you consent to the displaying of these ads. Users may opt to disable interstitial and banner ads via a one-time In-App Purchase of our "Remove Ads" package.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without warranties of any kind. ARUMA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the downloading, using, or inability to use the application, including data loss or device malfunction.
