1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, or downloading, installing, or using any CodiflyTech application or game, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, your only recourse is to immediately cease all use of our Services and uninstall our applications.

You explicitly agree that you shall not, under any circumstances:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of our websites or apps.
• Exploit & Manipulate: Develop, distribute, or use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software designed to interfere with our puzzle games or educational assessments.
• Engage in Prohibited Conduct: Utilize the Services to engage in abusive, toxic, harassing, defamatory, or illegal behavior, strictly adhering to Google Play Developer Program Policies.

3. User Accounts & Security

Certain Services, such as premium educational features or web platforms, require the creation of an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity, violate these Terms, or pose a security risk.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) & User-Generated Content

Our IP: All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including software code, UI/UX design, graphics, educational content, animations, audio, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of ARUMA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

User Content: If our Services allow you to upload or submit materials (e.g., profile pictures, forum posts, or project data), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process this content solely to provide the Services to you.

5. Purchases, Billing, & Refund Policy

Our Services include digital agency offerings on our website and In-App Purchases (IAPs) or auto-renewing subscriptions within our apps.

• Google Play Transactions: For puzzle games and educational apps, all financial transactions are securely handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing system. We do not directly store your credit card data.
• Web Transactions: Web service invoices, custom development, and agency retainers are processed via secure, designated third-party payment gateways linked on our website.
• Refund Policy (Apps): All app sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or billing disputes for app purchases are governed by the Google Play Store Refund Policy.
• Refund Policy (Web & Agency Services): In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, digital goods, custom development deposits, and active subscriptions accessed via our website are non-refundable once the service has commenced, unless a specific statutory exemption applies.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Our applications and websites integrate third-party services, including advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob), analytics (e.g., Firebase), and backend infrastructures. You acknowledge that these operate under their own independent Terms. We disclaim all liability for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external third parties.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARUMA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED explicitly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall ARUMA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or device malfunction). Our total liability shall be strictly capped at the total amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You explicitly agree that any legal action or dispute resolution proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Golaghat, Assam, India.
